Easy Escape is a brand of ELIDE GLOBAL TOURISM LLP, the company you deal with under these terms. They cover the website easy-escape.com and the tools on it, including the trip price calculator. Booking a trip with us is a separate agreement, confirmed in writing with its own price, inclusions and cancellation conditions, before any payment.
What the site is
The site describes the self-drive trips we design and gives you ways to contact us. The guides, route pages and tools are planning help. We keep them accurate and dated, but rules on the road change; confirm anything that matters with the official source linked on the page before you travel.
Your calculator account
- One account per person, with your own name, email address and WhatsApp number. Keep your password to yourself.
- The account exists so that people, not scripts, use the calculator. Do not scrape, copy out or republish the rates, and do not use automated tools against the site.
- We may close an account that breaks these rules. You can delete yours at any time by asking us.
What a price estimate is
The calculator produces an estimate, not an offer. It is a simulation on our historical rates. The figure you see moves with the season, the places you choose and how close to departure you book, and first-class cars and five-star or boutique stays depend on availability. When you send an estimate to our team, we check the real rates for your dates and confirm a price in writing. Only that written confirmation binds anyone.
Sending an estimate to our team asks us to get in touch on the channel you chose. It does not book anything and costs nothing.
Booking a trip
A trip is booked when we confirm it in writing and you pay as set out in that confirmation. Each confirmation states what is included, what is paid on the road, the cancellation conditions and the car rental company's and hotels' own conditions, which apply to their services. Our service fee is flat and shown separately; how it works is explained on How we make money.
Content and liability
- The text, photos, drawings and tools on this site belong to ELIDE GLOBAL TOURISM LLP or are used with permission. You may read and share links freely; copying the content elsewhere needs our agreement.
- We are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of a guide, tool or estimate on this site. Our liability for a booked trip is set out in its confirmation.
- Driving is your responsibility: licence, permits, insurance conditions and local law apply to you as the driver.
Privacy
How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
